What's your MPG like on the 2017 4 cylinder SE/XSE

Does the alarm turn on when doors locked?
Camry 7th Generation (2012-2017)My wife has a 2017 SE. She never uses her fob to lock the car. She always just hits the lock button after she opens her door to get out and just shuts it. Does the alarm turn on when doors locked or does she actually have the use the fob and make it beep?- 1
