Hey guys, I recently changed the pcv valve, tensioner o ring, exhaust manifold gasket & valve cover gasket on my 2004 Toyota Corolla, but after clearing the code with my scan tool the code came back, system too lean bank 1 P0171

I attached the freeze frame data, maybe you guys can help

Wait I just remembered this, yesterday when I was placing the throttle body back where it would be screwed, I realized that there was a misalignment creating a sort of small entry way and I don’t know if that could be the issue or I’m overthinking it, please see images:
