Greetings! I have a 2007 camry 3.5 v6 with 78000 km, and while coasting down the highway the engine light, trac and vcs warning all popped up, upon diagnosing it with a reader it reflected a p0365 code (camshaft sensor b bank 1). Sometimes the car's rpm will bounce while in drive or neutral mode prior to prompting the engine light and its quite scary that the car is jumping forward in itself so i have to hold on to my brakesor put it into neutr.

So has anyone encountered this code and in any chance had success in resolving it? Thanks in advance

Sounds like its pointing towards a faulty CPS yet only testing it will tell for sure. I'd try replacing it yet wiring or the ECU could also be a problem. Luck.
I found a denso camshaft sensor (90919-05060) but it says that it is for a corolla altis. Hence my question, is it possible to use the same part for my camry considering the fact that it has same parts number?

Many parts are interchangeable and used by different Toyotas, not to mention other makes too. Compare prices, Amazon, ebay and here (just makes sure the images/descriptions say Genuine Toyota parts) plus this Toyota site:
