hello all. im new to the forum. i just have a question about rims because i am weary of an online rim purchase being i have never put rims on a car in the past.

i was wondering if i could mount these rims safely. the are 15x7 and i would want to put a 195/50-r15 on it.

here are some concerns.
am i gonna rub on the wheel well?
what about the suspension?
are hub centric rings something that are gonna go?
will the lower offset make it rub on the fender? stock offset is 40-42mm these would be 10mm
will the scrub radius make driving better, worse, or relatively unnoticable?

sorry for all the questions at once i am just quite curious and dont want to waste money

i have tried to do some research and as far as i am aware it would work but here are some sources that i have used to come to my current conclusion and led me to ask more questions.
