When going highway speeds, there seems to be a rattle from what I think is the passenger side wiper. There is a little plastic cover over the blade. Has anyone else had this issue? Any tips on how to make it quiet?

after some looking around, it turns out the rubber blade had slide out of the its place leaving the one part of the wiper could rattle
