I have heard of superchargers like these. I have no experience with them at all but I know they produce far less pressure than belt-driven superchargers or turbochargers. They are perfectly feasible if you can get them to work correctly with engine RPMs. You will still have to take the proper precautions when using them however. You are still modifying the engine in a way it was not originally designed and requires attention as such. proper timing, air/fuel mixture, and ECU management are key. You probably wont need to upgrade the internals because the PSIs are so low, but you must still take the possibility into account.
