I'm trying to research wether their was a keyless entry system option back in the day for my camry and if possible I wanna see about locating and learning how to instal said parts. Anyone have any information on this?

Keyless systems were introduced in the US in 1983 by American Motors and followed bt GM and Ford by the end of the 80's. Toyota introduced a version in the late 90's and 2000 to the US market.

That fob is the dealer/port accessory fob. These were never built from the factory with keyless but that was an option from the factory after the car was built.

How about a newer RS3000 system? That's the late 90's port-installed Toyota alarm system. I think it should control door locks for you...

You might want to try some kind of aftermarket system.... it will likely be a LOT easier to install / setup vs trying to find nearly 40 year old components, plus youd have the advantage of modern day tech / signal waves vs 1980s tech.
