I use ProClip magnetic mount. It looks OEM and the magnetic plate is hidden by the phone case.

Keep in mind the magnet can potentially harm your phone. Even though they say the magnet will not hurt your phone, I feel that it did slowly killed my phone's battery as ever since I stopped using it with the magnet the battery seems to have "stabilized". I won't deny, magnets really are still one of the best phone mounting solutions out there but a simple spring works too.
