Long time guest, new member here basically. I've been researching extensively the lift/tire/spacer crap over and over. Just looking for a little help. Got the 3" spacer lift, going to grab some 285/75/16's on stock wheels and am prepared to do some trimming. I'm willing to get the spidertrax adapters for the front. As far as I can tell it's only the front that needs these. Can someone frigging show me what the eff I have to trim and does anyone have a truck with these adapters? Please show me. I'm new to the truck scene. Just sold my Audi S4 biturbo and got an 09 SR5 4x4 so the lift concept is different from slamming the thing on 18's hah.
I'm really looking for a pic of someone running these adapters to show me if it will actually look retarded runing adapters upfront and nothing in the rear? and some trim photos maybe? someone please

I got em,but on front & back.Spidertrax 1.25". If your eyes can tell a 1.25" difference, but really not noticeable.BTW,I removed the front mud flaps, but no other trimming or rubbing.

that doesn't throw off the 'hub-centric' balance? they threw quarter inch spacers behind my stock wheels and it F'd everything up.

Nope, spidertraxx are well machined and precision made - I don't recall anyone mentioning serious problems going that route.

WAY better than using 1/4" spacers on the studs and just bolting things back up. Effective threads are always an issue too...

interesting, not as big of a deal as I had imagined.thanks everyone for the quick reply. toku are you running adapters in the front and rear or just up front? I've seen tons of pictures of your rig and never would have assumed anything so that helps make my decision a little easier ;)
