Your "window backspray" comment has me interested. Mine is pretty dirty today after running around north of Boston on the major roads yesterday during the snow.

I see the list on these is $259 (painted). How difficult was installation? Did you get the model with the washer nozzle?

Edit: I can see the washer nozzle in the 2nd picture. Any problem hooking it up?

I got the spoiler from Brad at www.neverenoughauto.com
I think he lists it at $US210 painted or $US135 nonpainted. I picked it up from him last weekend in Detroit when we were at the Auto Show. Cost me $245CDN with the US/CDN $ conversion.
Took about an hour to install. Not difficult. You remove the OEM valance above the rear window, take into the house where it is warm and the carpet floor is easy to work on. You do have to drill a hole in the OEM valance for the nozzle to fit properly and the hose is a little stretched but it works fine so far.
IMHO, this spoiler looks best on lowered trixes, gives it that solid on the ground appearance whereas the OEM sky hook one looks good on the OEM raised suspension trixes.

i have a problem with my water nozzle right now on my ats spoiler. no water is coming out? not sure where the problem is. i completely unhooked it from the base after i was done, and turned on my water, it was fine, but once i hook the hose back up, nothing comes out through the spout, i'm thinking i need a bigger hole because we drilled it to be almost exact.

any thoughts?

You are the second person I've talked to with the same problem. I'm wondering if over time the rubber hose rubs on the drilled hole and wears a hole in the hose, thus stopping the flow of fluid to the nozzle. Just a thought. Just pull the hose off the angle into the roof part, then pull the nozzle out and see what the hose looks like. You should be able to thread it back in without removing the valance again.

That's one clean looking Matrix. Good work!

Sorry, but I have to temporarily jack this thread. I wasn't able to determine what model Matrix you have (since you shaved your emblems), but I DID notice your aftermarket exhaust (well, the muffler at least). I recently posted in this forum asking for suggestions on muffler/exhaust mods for an XR 4WD (since the muffler is mounted sideways). Could you send me some pics of your setup, or maybe some suggestions to point me in the right direction?

Appreciate your help!

It's an XRS and I've got a Magnaflow catback system. I believe Magnaflow exhausts are the same for all Matrixes although they use different model numbers for the base/XR and XRS. I'm not sure about the AWD though. Here's another full photo of it:
