What have you tried?

I have the tools at my work to get it off.
If you have access more power to ya....
1.) Chop saw the shaft off of both ends of the axle.
2.) Then use hydraulic press to press out the pieces not needed.

wow man no i dont but i guess i could take it to a machine shop.....i love my toyota but why the hell would they make it where u cant buy the part or the average person cant even get it off the axle and ive done this on 3 other cars and never ran into this lol. what ive tried so far not much i did make sure any bolts was out and tapped it lightly with a hammer, judging by the looks of it everything on my car is original including tie rods and all so i have trouble believing toyota would make it so difficult to fix.

I have a 91 GT-S with an automatic. I replaced both shafts on mine. I don't remember that being a big deal. I believe it should have a retaing ring and then it will slide over the bearing and off the same end that the other side came off. I believe that is how I did it. I do remember a retaining ring on one of the two shafts. Hope it helps.
