Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to make the drivers window switch in my wife's S do auto up and down ? Or if its possible to fit a switch from another toyota model that has this feature, like the camry ?

I looked into this when I got the car, it's not easy as it was in the past. The power window switch from a Camry XLE should fit fine, however, everything goes through the Body ECU, and it uses a serial connection between the body ECU and the window motor. Now you can also get a window motor from a Camry, and it should fit, but the communication between it and the ECU would be very tough to replicate.

It could definitely be done with enough work, but it's not cost effective, and would take a lot of time, even for someone who knows what they're doing.
