I myself bought 4 quarts of DexIII and of course my little hand pump..

Pump some out till the res in about empty, add some. Then Turn the wheel from extreme left to extreme right.

Repeat this process of emptying and adding until the fluid is pretty.. Of course you wont get out all of the fluid but you'll get most of it.

At work we have all the flush machines and I just use them.

everywhere!;)

It is called transmission fluid and it is red and if you read you will see dexIII on the front label. I had squeeking. So I used a turkey baster and it only took less than one quart to drain, fill, run, repeat until clear.

yes that's what you are supposed to use. Some use it in the engine too.

Yes. Everything will be perfectly fine.
Look in the owners manual and in the fluid specifications for power steering it says Mercon III ATF.
You can get that at Auto Zone, Advance Auto Parts, NAPA, Car Quest, Pep Boys, or any auto parts store, as well as Wal-Mart and K-Mart.

The power steering pump on my Benz also uses ATF so it's common in other vehicles.

It's even used on power steering for boats.
