I had my 2000 Camry with 70,000 mile sit for 6 months and put it back in service but the power steering has sprung a leak. The reservior was empty. I filled it up and drove for about 50 miles in stop and go traffic and and the pump worked but the reservior drained. Any thoughts on where and what I should look at?

Hoses, connections, rack seal. Probably a pressure leak. If you pull back the rack boots that could show a seal leak. See any oil at all?

High pressure line. Goes from pump to rack. If the PS has a leak, that’s most common. Otherwise I would check the rack n piñon boots and see if fluid leaking from there
