95 corolla. pwer steering was making noises and was low so i decide to go ahead and draian it and flush it and fill it back up. i did so, and now the damn thing wont turn, well it does but it has no power steering. turned it both ways lock to lock and it isnt putting a strain on the motor, my best guess would be that the valuve in the rack isnt opening and closing properly. but i dont know how to check it or fix it........ im dead in the water, ask a buddy tell a friend, PLEASE HELP ME OUT thanksss

Check the belt. Even having fluid in it means nothing if it isnt pumping. How did you flush it?
