Tomorrow in Lincoln, Ne it's supposed to get all the way to to 50 degrees so I think I may do some work on my Camry.

What my problem is is that my passenger side power window goes down when it's supposed to go up, and up when it's supposed to go down.

All controls for the window work the same way (the symptom is present on both passenger and drivers power windows modules.)

What I'm thinking is that the connector may have been inserted wrong to the power window controller. If not, can I just change the wires around?

Yes, that should work if someone cross wired something. The connector at the motor kind of looks like a "T" The top horizantal connector (say, 1) and the vertical base connector (say 2). For the front passenger (right) side 1 positive and 2 negative will turn the motor counter clockwise. 1 negative and 2 positive will turn it clockwise. From what I read in the manual the back right door is opposite (go figure). So if you recently exchanged parts you may have inadvertantly changed the sequence.
