My '92 Previa's AC, after the first hot day, wouldn't cool so I topped off my frion although it showed in the green already. But it still won't get cold. What else can I check to see if something's blocked up there ?

You really need to put real A/C guages on it and see what the pressures are on both sides. An over-charge is as bad or worse than an under-charge.

What's a "real AC gauge"? The one your local shop will charge $75 to hook up?

Buy a set of gauges for less and keep em or pay a shop. Either one works but using a single gauge on a refill kit and the green zone dosen't help much with diagnostics.
Generic Amazon set, less than $40 bucks. If the OP wants to do the DIY approach or better yet if it's been a while have a shop hook it up and evacuate the system and refill it by weight. Just options
