How much is it cost to paint your body kit alone???? I want to make sure the price is right so I won't get ripped off. Please let me know which place I can go to for a reasonable price!

500 for just paintin a body kit alone? dang thats a lot
i had my kit installed and painted for 600...
500? that sounds a little steep? probably helps if you tell us whether or not it's primed... the best way to find out is to call or go around and get at least 3 estimates... i'd at least bring a picture of the kit and have the specifications (width, height, etc)
If you buy your own supplies and do it yourself, it will cost you around 100 bux.
Wow! That's some insanely cheap painting. Are you guys talking places like Macco? Cause they only charge like $300 for a full paint job.

For a very experienced place, I would expect near a grand (from what I have seen). Unless your current paint job does not include a gloss coat. it would then be cheaper.

But $500 seems insanely cheap.
We're talking about JUST the body kit if that means anything to you smoking tires... cuz anything over 500 for JUST the body kit seams really expensive to me... how much has anyone payed for the whole car?

Yes, I understand that it is just the body kit. But I also know that a quality paint job costs money. And that body kits aren't small. The kind of paint job these people are talking about is macco done in and hour, same painted use on their house stuff.

Maybe prices are more compeditive in other areas, but around here, it cost money to have real pros paint your car.
well if you want it done right you have to pay,$500 sounds good if thay do the prep work like making shere the kit fits the cam.

not me
i got my kit painted for $400

and thats only for a LIP KIT!
1k for the body kit painted and put on sounds like a good price from a great shop. For a decent shop 500-600 painted and put on would be nice.

I paid 80 bucks for a spoiler painted not installed. The paint felt and looked nicer than the car it went on!
Dam my front bumper, RMM lip, cost me 300 to get it painted.
iv had estimates from $200, for the whole car (my buddie did this and it actually looked good) to $2,000 just for the kit. pretty much just get estimtes from different places ( i spent a day driving around gettin estimates)
thanks for your advices! Do I put the bodykit on first then go paint it or I have to paint it first then install it??? hehe sorry but I'm kinda noob about these things!
either way, id rather put in it on first then paint it, otherwise you might scratch your new paint job while your puttin it on, then youd have to get that fixed after your wipe up your tears
i think its better to paint it then put it on, that what i did and i had no problem. Once you paint it while its on the car, you need to do alot of blending which = $$$$
yeh do it if its US$500, my mate got a quote to paint his camry AUS$1400 jus for his Erebuni kit, theres a lot of prep work and time is money
