Programmer for a 93 t100?!?!?!?!

hey gues i was lookin around yesterday and i found a programmer that says it works for a 93 t100. IM all for it if it works but im not sure it does since it would have to work with OBD-1 and thats pretty far back there but the site is www.autopartswarehouse.com tell me if yall think this is ligit.

I've never come across a true programmer fer the T-100 ECU...as far as I know.

well given that its obd-1 i didnt think you could have a programmer really. what kind of "programmers" have you seen and what could they do?
