ok so navagation discs work with ANY dvd player?!
meaning if i had a flip up screen with DVD player (PAL/NTSC) i can inseart the disc and get navagation or does it have to be designed for navagation?

It doesn't work with any DVD player. The cars that have navigation also have recievers that allow it to read satellites and position the car.

You may be able to view the maps and such but will not give you information about where you are or be able to give you step by step driving directions.
