Question on removing front pilar cover?

I want to install a scan gauge and a mic near my rear view mirror. Thinking of running the wire down the driverside pilar behind the cover where the grab handle is. How do I take this off. I am asuming that there are screws or bolts behind the covers on the arm. Is that all that is needed. Please help. Thanks

Pop out the two bolt covers on the handle then take out the two 10mm bolts and then just pull it loose.

tip - do it slowly

. if you rush and don't get your flat head underneathe the tab completely, you'll scratch it up pretty easily... (not that i know or anything :lol

Tip: Never use metal with plastic. Use plastic with plastic.

what can i say, sometimes when you're in the middle of modding, u forget all about the tricks of the trade. kinda like taking pictures while you're modding. u start out pretty good, taking pictures every step along the way. but once u get into it, u forget to take pictures

Thank you very much for the info. That is exactly what I wanted to hear. Cant wait. Just when I thought I was done modding the bug bit me without even knowing it.
