Questions

I recently bought an 89 and it seems to have been hit in the front right and my engine seems to sit on a slight tilt to the left.. car runs perfectly quiet, but it bald my front left tire..and is really fast .. it needs a new started and springs and paint..should i fix those things or cut my losses now?
