I put S/XRS headlights on my base model. It was a direct fit, no problems with fit at all.

I thought so! and then my girlfriend made me second guess myself haha she said "are you sure they'll fit? cause I'd hate to see you go from happy that you bought it to upset that it doesn't fit and waste your money" so I figured I'd better check in here haha

I've heard it on an 09 and I loved that it wasn't Ricey! It had a deep tone to it.
I have had the Borla on my Corolla for many years. I'm just now replacing it as I do my turbo install.
did you go with the turbo kit from turbo kits.com? I've been looking at it (not gonna be able to afford it) granted I'm not sure if I'd want to go with it, it's more horsepower for sure, but the turbo is gonna drop fuel economy quite a bit and that's what the corolla is about haha. You'll have to put up some videos or pictures of before, during, and after the install man.
Yes I did get the turbokits unit. It;s a very nicely made setup, very high quality. I'm in the middle of the install. Actually I don't think I'll see a huge drop in MPG. I'm not doing it to race around but to have the extra power when I need it for passing or when I'm at higher elevations in the mountains. When driving normally I'll bet I still see 30+ mpg on most tanks.
