[89 22re 4 by 4]

I have a 94 Camry, 4 cyl, automatic. The radiator fans turn on and stay on with the key in the "on" position and run constantly while the engine is running. Th coolant temp is fine. Any thoughts ?? Relay ?? Sensor(s) ??
