Hey gang, while trolling http://indashpc.org/new/ looking at the GROM IPOd adapter for the Tacoma, I found a youtube video on how to remove the radio. About 4 minutes long, and they don't use the putty knife to remove the AC controls. (Nor do they appear to have a glove box dampener on their truck.) Decent process detail.

Thanks to gromaudio, this may be worth adding to the DIY sticky, or append to the radio removal thread

Brilliant, now thieves will know exactly how easy it is to steal one of our radios.

Nice video, but the musics gotto go!!!
Years ago, I had to show a training video, and one of the young apprentices watching said "Sounds like the soundtrack for a Porn film" His boss and I just looked at him. This sounds like that same awful music.

What thief would really want our radios? The Ipod maybe, or aftermarket, but not the factory radio.

Well either way, those are the steps to getting to all of our audio/video equipment.
