Have a 2002 rav4, the lights in dash, do not turn on when key os move to on position.
Motor turns over but will mot start.
Was running fine and then like i said the instrument lights in dash will not light up. Un able to get a code.
Engine cranks over great no start.

To see if it’s getting fuel, get a spray can of starting fluid, spray some into the intake while cranking it. If it starts and runs for a bit, you know it’s not getting fuel. If it doesn’t, it might be a slipped timing belt, or not getting spark.

Yes i know we don't know what happened
Other than the engine light clusters in the dash are not coming on with the no start

I would start with chasing the cluster's electrical issue first. It is quite possible that the lack of power to the cluster is related to the no start. I suggest starting with the 10A IG2 fuse. It is one of the fuses that powers the cluster as well as the control side of the IG2 relay.
