Rear brake conversion

I'm kind of new to this thing. Anybody know where I can get a drum-to-disc conversion kit for my rear wheels on an 89 celica gt (3SFE)? Also, just curious, but does anybody know exactly how many horses are in this engine type? Thanks for your help.
