1st time Highlander owner, 2004 V6 AWD, just bought, 1st post. At 198,950 miles on the clock I decided to change all fluids. Found the rear coolant drain plug....I don't see anyway to get to it without removing right front wheel. Once wheel is removed it is approximately 6" directly in line with lower drive belt. You can see it before removing wheel if your view is from behind the rear of the front tire/wheel, it is visible from floor with wheel on. Both take a 5/16" ID vinyl hose for draining, and a 10mm for plug. Both loosened with ease. I got almost 2.5 gallons out (rear heat). Thanks for the site!
