finally getting around to installing these 4 degree shims going to need new center pin bolts, and possibly the ubolts as well. can someone tell me what sizes I'll need to ask for..

3/8" for most aftermarket leaf springs. 10mm for stock ones. I know this because I had to buy new centering pins for my leaf packs.

do you mean any centering bolt will do? i.e Canadian tire bolt or any hardware stores?
