hey. i have this same problem on my car too. but mine don't want to go down. i think the locks might need to be replaced. then again i usually just replace every part the doesn't work on mine. if you find out from someone else let me know. hope i helped a bit?

if you can hear the power lock sound that means the actuator is working and probably doesn't need to be replaced. just take apart the door and spray some oil on all the moving parts and it should be good.
