2020 Platinum - the rear power liftgate opens just fine, but lately when you attempt to close the liftgate from the fully open position, it starts to close, then the alarm beeps twice and it reopens.

There are no obstructions that I can see, and I can manually put pressure on it and get it to close under power.

Anyone else have this? If you did, what might the fix be?

[My 2020 developed a problem where it wouldn't start to close unless I pushed it down a bit manually, so I reset it and it works fine again.

Same. Seems to have gotten worse as it's gotten colder. A reset helped the next time I closed, but started acting up again after that.

Sometimes it'll have issues opening, too, but usually only on a cold morning when the engine hasn't run in a while - like it's battery dependent. If I start the car it'll open fine. Still won't close, though.

I wonder if it's a lubrication issue, but I wouldn't know where to start. I tried lubing the struts, but that didn't help.
