Recess my Grillecraft or Not?

So that is the question.

I have everything needed to recess my grillecraft this weekend, but am having second thoughts. I have the Upper and Lower grillecrafts and can't decide if it will look right with only the top recessed. I've thought about possibly recessing the lower grille but doubt I will since I plan to buy or build a new bumper in the future.

So what do ya'll think, will it look ok with only the main grille recessed.

Thanks.

here's an idea...

recess the upper one because it looks badass. i would do it, but it'd be a little difficult to fit my urd tcai and the hella 500s behind it.

then...

sell me your lower grillcraft cheap! haha and buy the new bumper.

in all seriousness atleast recess the upper one. it's a badass mod.

ha, I'll keep you mind if decide to get a new bumper any time soon.
I say go for it! I plan on doing so when I get a color matched grill...:smokin:
I'm doing mine too. I have a spare color matched grill. Go for it.
Recessed!

Recessed is one of the best mods ive seen, you should do it and do mine for me!!!!
:naughty:
Well I decide to go ahead give this a try. So far I have fiberglassed and bondo filled all the holes. I am about 3/4 of the way done on sanding and decided to stop for the day. I will hopefully be able to finish sanding and paint tomorrow. This mod is not that difficult to do but it sure is extremely time consuming.

I'll post up some pics when I'm done.
