So my dad's gts has about 70k on it. Sometimes it will grind when downshifting into fourth (I think) unless you rev match it or double clutch. It's not a real bad grind, more of a slight notch. Course, we don't want this to get worse. I'm guessing its got the original fluid in the tranny. You guys recomend changing it with this many miles on it and if so, what type should we put in there? BG Synchroshift ok to use? I know DSM guys swear by it, but thats the for trannies with brass synyrchos and forks and so on.
