Remove rear passenger door PANEL...

Hi , I did a search here and didn't find, also did a google search and found a dead link...:idk:

I just bought this car two weeks ago, 250,000 miles runs like new...

I got the side pins out.
Handle off
Switch disconnected.

But I can't figure out how to get the inside handle/lock 'Cup Ring' off , so I can pull the panel away from the door.

bout halfway down the page you'll see screw driver prying the trim up and over the pivot pin. Do this top and bottom Very slowwwwwwwwwwly and very patiently until you get it over the pivot pin at top and bottom. If done correctly it comes off just before it breaks into 369 pieces. . .

It's likely you're does not have the screw in the middle. Ignore it. . .

Have fun!
It would be easier for people to answer your question if you included the year of the car.

1992

Hey Thanks !

I should have mentioned the year like Mike said...lol I really did mean to...

1992 LE auto 2.2

Yes , there is no screw holding the handle 'ring' to the panel.
Thanks for the link, since it has now screw, I
assume I can still follow the instructions to squeeze the upper and lower
area of the rear of the 'ring' and pull it out.
And also maybe I'll get lucky and not break it.

The link provided is for a generation 4 Camry; you have a generation 3 Camry. I would use this link to download the generation 3 Toyota factory service manual. It should have the information you need.

Thanks guys, I'll break it and buy a new one.

I was just hoping someone had been through this.
