What do you guys recommend? the rust isn't too caked on the steelies, but it's growing fast. I don't have the time to paint them yet, so I want to clean them first.
What would you guys recommend?

Clean off the rust? You just need to sand or steel brush it off by hand, clean them, then apply semi-gloss black paint. I like doing it with a brush.
