Maybe some guys that have actually done the install can chime in, but I'm pretty sure you just have to beat the shit out of the fender to remove the bolt :dunno:
hold it up with your car jack
Figured it out

yea just bent the poop outta the inner fender
Take a pair of channel locks and bend the seam enough for the bolt to pass by. It doesn't take much.
It looks better if you take some tin snips and make two cuts to make a tab. Bend the tab out of the way, then bend it back.

After you've done this several times, you end up just cutting the tab off anyway...nobody can see it.
I'm getting ready to do this FINALLY:hammer:.. and only said this about 3-4 times already, but I had the same question becouse looking at it, it looks like it would take a lot of bending, but I guess not.. Thanks for the info
How long is it taking most of you to put in new Arms anyways??

I did mine while installing the lift, but I'd say the UCA's took me about an hour to an hour and a half. most of it was on the passenger side (first side I did). the other side was easy because I knew what I was doing. Then again I had zero mechanical experience before I did the lift and UCA's.
