This is the only shaft seal I see for this compressor:

This fits many Toyota 80's-90's compressors.

The only other seal I've replaced was in a Sanden compressor and was ceramic (or carbon compound?). This looks like a traditional lip seal for oil.

Is this the seal to replace when the compressor is leaking Freon out the shaft? Or some other...?
