Hello everyone I’m new to the forum. I’m pretty much at a dead end here so hopefully y’all can help me out. I have a 2008 Camry 2.4 with ~270000 miles. Car has been trouble ever since I got it. So far I’ve replaced alternator, water pump, spark plugs, coils and still it was misfiring so bad it just quit on me. Been in the garage for the last couple months and I found out it has a blown head gasket so I’ve replaced that along with valve stems, timing chain and sprockets, gaskets and seals. Oil was really gunky from all the coolant in it. Also the main cylinder that was misfiring had an almost completely clogged injector so I put a new one of those in, maybe that was the cause of the misfire I don’t know. Pcv valve hose was completely broken off so I changed that along with the valve. Finally got it back together and It cranks but doesn’t start. checked for fuel pressure at the rail and it does have pressure. Checked all 4 spark plugs for spark by connecting a jumper cable to the negative and other side to the spark plug and none of them seem to be getting spark. Replaced the crank sensor hoping that would fix the problem and still no spark. My dad needs the car out of the garage by this week and I really don’t know where to go from here. I’m pretty sure I got all the grounds hooked up but if y’all could give me the specific wires I need to check for ground that would be great: I read the camshaft sensor could also cause it to not spark but it worked before the car would atleast start for a second or 2. I brought a voltmeter with me and I’m about to go test if the injectors and coils are even getting the signals they are supposed to when I crank it. Anyways any help would be much appreciated thank you.

And the camshaft sensor at the end of the intake cam? That's what is used for fuel injection;

crankshaft sensor is used for ignition timing and RPM.

Look for some loose connector on the throttle body too, something that might have gotten overlooked

i was thinking crank or cam sensor, now im thinking the timing chain had to come off right? was the reluctor wheel around the crank sensor put back in right position? idk if the 2.4 has one, i know the 2.5 does. or engine timing spot on?

Is there a chance the reluctor wheel at the crank shaft sprocket didn’t get re-installed for the crank sensor or it fell off while installing the cover? I saw car care nut doing a Camry short block video and he specifically mentioned not to forget the reluctor wheel, so I’m thinking it happened to someone at the dealership while he worked there.
