Anyone have an opinion on the best parts when replacing the suspension on a 1989 Toyota pickup? Shocks, leaf springs?

Thanks

It's my daily vehicle but I do take it off road for fishing/hunting, nothing extreme. What would you recommend?

Well if it's your DD, you probably want to keep, or even improve, the ride quality you have now. That pretty much eliminates all the big aftermarket suspension kits (such as Rancho, Rough Country, etc).

Old Man Emu specializes in mild (2-2.5") lift kits that will make your truck ride and handle better than new.
