So I drained all the coolant on my 1993 Toyota pickup today while doing some work on it. I was curious about adding the coolant back. Do I need to do anything to burp the system of the air or can I just fill it up and drive it? Any info is appreciated. BTW its a 22RE. Thanks!!

Nope. Nothing special to burp it. Just let it warm up in park with the heater on.

Above, but keep the rad cap off. It'll spit for a while, but that's OK.
You can always park uphill or do something else to get the front end higher.
