Replacing headunit on Corolla

Hello,

I would like to replace the factory head unit on my 2005 corolla, is their any manufacturer of adapter / plate to be able to install ''normal'' radio in the dash?

I just installed an Alpine HU in my '05 S. Used the faceplate adapter from Crutchfield as well as the wiring harness adapter. It all went in nicely.
