Hello, So I got the check hybrid system light and the VSC light on, got it to the dealer and they said 1 block was too low so I took out the hybrid battery and check every cell, one was rated at 6.4v and the rest were all 8.02/8.03....I'm trying to find one online to replace the 6.4v one but I could only find the 7.5 volt's on ebay and at local shops, is it ok to put in the 7.5?

I think the cells are rated 7.2 volts the actual reading from what I've read will be 7.5 volts and up. The key of course is to measure every cell and find the ones that are abnormally low you'll know when you find them. What year is your car?

I'm sure you know but repairing the pack is DANGEROUS if you don't know what you're doing you can die.

I did the volt reading today with my device and it read 8.02/8.03 for all the 33 cells except for the bad one which was 6.4, my car is 2007. So putting in the 7.4-7.8 volt ones on ebay is ok? even though its not the same as the others on my car?

You are confusing rated voltage with measured. If the cell you buy on Ebay is for your particular car you are fine.

Sorry I'm quite confused, what do you mean by the rated voltage and measured? I'm using the portable hand held volt meter to check but the ebay one shows a different number, than my car. So it should still be ok?

AA rechargeable battery is rated at 1.2 volts, fully charged it will typically be 1.45+ volts if you measure it shorty after it has been recharged and will drop over time. Same thing for those hybrid cells it is called resting voltage. I suggest you search Youtube for Toyota hybrid battery cells there is a wealth of information.

Out of curiousity, how many miles are on you '07? I ask as I look at hybrids to possibly purchase my first one.
