Hi all,

So i recently had my 2017 Highlander SE block heater plugged in and at the end of the day i forgot it was plugged in and drove off. Causing the block heater plug and lower front bumper to crack.
Would it be possible to change and replace the lower front bumper without removing the whole bumper? If so, is there any instructions on how to replace it?

Thank you

Any chance you have a few pictures?
By "low bumper", if you meant the low cover plastic (part number 11), yes, but, working all laying down (best to drive your SE on a set of ramps) and will need to work your hands around wirings, a few small tight spaces...
