Reset Check Engine Light solution?

HI everyone - Im a new Toyota owner altho - used - I just bought a 99 Camry and the engine light went on after I filled up an fuel tank that was empty for ages apparently. I replaced the fuel cap with the proper spec'd cap from Autozone. Light will not go off tho - Should I just disconnect the terminals (carefully of course) and then reconnect after 10 minutes?
Does this model have a Pin code for the radio since I wasnt given that if it did.
