Rewiring Generation 5 Camry

I'd like to keep the factory headunit, but throw in a 4 channel amp. How hard is it to run new wires to the doors. In my jeep it was a royal pain due to the plastic grommets. Just wondering if the camry is the same way.

Thanks
Marshall

are you running the high out put wires from the head unit to the amp? if so just cut the wires that are comming off the hu and extend them to the amp and then run wires from the amp to the set of wires going to the speakers. no need to screw with the doors wiring cause that would be too much of a hassle.
^ Your idea will only work if the amp accepts high level inputs. IE: Speaker level inputs.

Otherwise you'll have to use a hi-low / line out converter. It converts the speaker outputs to rcas.
