Did you check the intake where it goes thru the side of the engine compartment?

Search for details. Some folks have found that realignment of the intake or cushioning solves the prblm.

Trd Intake

yes i have the trd intake on it so its not that but i am starting to think its something banging around in the kick panel or under the dash area /under the hood ,everything is tight that i can see .if it was every time i hit a bump then i would think its the suspension but its not, its like 6 out of 10 times

Mine had a metallic sounding clunk going over bumps. I traced it down to the skid plate under the front differential. Tigthening it more did not do anything. I had to put a rubber gasket between the skid plate and the frame now there is no more clunk. But I never heard of anyone else having this problem. Try tapping your skid plate and see if your's clunking.
