I wouldn't recommend molding....since we tend to hit the lip here and there.....cracking ahoy then

that, and the lip was designed to fit into the lines of the bumper, so moulding wouldn't really work...except that it would change the entire look of the bumper

^ do you have any close-up pics of your bumper in good light?

I'm curious as to how it looks, since the lines on the bumper are really obvious as well as on the lip

looks good... but how is it molded on?

it looks to be just installed as usual......molding usually means that there are no more visible gaps/lines between the skirt and the body panel (in this case, the bumper)

I thought your shop had found some way to mold it so that the bumper then looks like a 1-piece

its kinda hard to see from the pix but there are no gaps of any kind between the lip and the bumper all around the car... unless u're talkin about the gap between the fender and the front bumper... thats just cause someone backed into me and i havent had the car realigned right... prolly doin it after 2k7... after all the body parts are done...

It may be interesting to start a Group Buy for the RMM Front lip

I'd buy for sure.. I'm planning on getting one for next summer.
