hey guys im lookin to buy a safari style roof rack and am wondering where i could find one?

I just got mine yesterday. Not a bad rack you can buy a 22in extender afor it also. I paid $74.99 its dropped to $59.99 now.

I'm across the street from El Paso, TX about 275 miles south of Albq.
The picture of the rack sitting in the bed was an experiment. Toying with the idea of mounting it in the bed. I have Yakima bars for the roof to attach the rack. In the picture the rack is sitting on a board up front & a Yakima crossbar laying in the cut out for a rear board.
If I mount the rack in the rear I would use the two boards & use large plastic tubs to slide up underneath the rack for storage.
Interesting. Do you think You could mount that on a bed bar? Such as the Demello one? Yet again, more great things from Costco. Where do you get those hooks so the crossbars can be mounted? I don't think Ive seen them.

i was talking about one that geos on the roof of mt truck not in the bed?
The coleman rack is made for the roof.

No, I don't. Each bedrail is rated for 440 lb. maximum though. I'm going to call my local dealer tomorrow and see if I can get more info on them.

for the coleman to mount on the roof do i need special adapters or anything
What rack do you have on the roof right now? I think it will fit the factory rack & any after market rack. Yakima or Thule cross bars.
Anybody seen an access cab with a rack on the roof that has pics?
