Ok, I replaced my P/S pump yesterday and also took off the upper intake manifold to get to the PCV valve. The pump went on fine and so did the valve and the valve cover gasket. BUT after I replaced everything and cranked her today she runs rough. I checked and saw that I forgot the engine knock sensor so I plugged the ground back in. So the idle was now smooth but after idle, even a little throttle it becomes extremely rough. I was 1/2 quart low on oil so I put some in.

After all this the engine still runs extremely rough. I have to admit on one of the injectors I cracked the plastic clip when I took off the valve cover, I plugged it in as best as possible. The intake plenum gasket also got cracked when I was connecting the hose on the bottom of the plenum. I also like a dumbass forgot the gasket for the EGR valve.

I would like to know if these collectively could contribute to an extremely rough idle. And to make sure I have the vacuum hoses correct could someone with a V6 take some pictures of the ones on the passenger side?

Sounds like your EGR has the wrong vacuum lines hooked up or something. REPLACE THOSE GASKETS! I have found that the upper intake plenum gasket causes misfires when it leaks. the gaskets are 15$ for both at the parts store here.

Doesn't because those are the ones I'm 100% sure about, not to be mean. It is the one further back I'm not totally sure but about 90% sure. I have heard a split in the plenum gasket could cause the misfire, it was a new gasket but I accidentally split it with the upper intake manifold.

I don't understand which lines you need a picture of? throttle body side of the motor or over by the EGR?

Passenger side just to make sure, I meant the ones that attach to the intake manifold further back.
