My RAV4 has been running a bit slow when I am trying to go up hills. It also has decreased in fuel effeciency. I know that I just had a tune up a year ago so it can't be that. Any ideas?

I think you should check the filter in the black box. It might need to change it. While you are at it, you should install a K&N. You won't regret it.

Thanks for the suggestions. However I am clueless on where or how to do any of these things that you suggested. So when I take it to the mechanic what should I say? Thanks again for the help.

Take it to your mechanic and tell him what you've told us.

It is a very very simple task. He might even charge you for something that I guess you can do yourselves. But hay, no problem. If you need an explanation, you know where to find me.
